Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive access to your own secure guest portal powered by Charge Automation.

The lead guest will be asked to upload photo ID as a standard security step to help keep our homes safe.

☞ 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀

- The whole of the property is accessible. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house. Access is self check-in via a lock box and the code will be sent to the guests on the day of check-in.

☞ 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

- We prefer to give our guests space to enjoy the property, however we do live locally, so if necessary, one of the team can attend.

☞ 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿

- Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.

- Our home is spread out over three floors and stairs must be climbed to access the kitchen/living/dining area. Please consider this if this is a concern.
